Blue Hour St. Mang Monastery in Füssen
Saint Magnus and the monastery of St. Mang, founded in the 9th century as a successor and named after him, have shaped the history of Füssen and the surrounding region for centuries. Füssen’s city patron, Magnus, probably came to the region from the Rhaeto-Romanic area in the 8th century. Today the Füssen city administration and the museum of the city of Füssen are located in the monastery of St. Mang.
